I) Unless otherwise negotiated or specified in writing, all blog posts, blog arcs (i.e., Shanghai Edition, My Machine Life, and others), products and digital or physical publications (“Publications”) featured on the Philbert’s Phables website are Copyrighted by their original creator, Philip Hsu, All Rights Reserved.
II) Philip Hsu (“The Author”) accepts no legal liability for any monetary, reputational, physical or emotional damage resulting from: A) the contents of any Publications themselves; B) the unauthorized use of the contents of any Publications, where Authorization must be obtained in writing from The Author or an Authorized Agent of the Author; C) any implied or extended interpretations of the Publications which deviate from the original intended meaning or interpretation (“OMI”) of the Publications as defined by The Author in writing. The Author has no obligation to provide this OMI publicly except as part of a court ruling, though The Author may elect to do so in order to fulfill certain legitimate business requirements.
